how we build

A process built to be understood by clients,
not just engineers.

Six stages, every one of them visible to you — no black box between kickoff and launch, and no disappearing after handover.

01. Meet

We understand what you're actually trying to solve

Before any design or code, we sit down — in person or on a call — to understand your requirements, constraints and what "done" looks like for you. A lot of scope problems later in a project trace back to skipping this step.

02. Plan & Research

We assess the problem and commit to a real plan

We research how efficiently and quickly we can deliver the right solution, then put together a precise plan — timeline, milestones and tech choices — before any commitment is made on either side.

03. Design

We build the skeleton first

We start with the basic structure — wireframes and the core design system — before backend development begins, so design decisions are locked in before they're expensive to change.

04. Development

Basic functionality first, then the polish

We add core functionality into the skeleton first, then layer in advanced features and refine the interface over time — so there's always a working build to review, not a single big reveal at the end.

05. Launch

Nothing ships until we've double-checked it with you

After development and unit testing, launch is the most critical stage. We verify every functionality works as expected and walk through it with you before flipping the switch.

06. Grow

Launch isn't the finish line

There's always room to grow after release. We provide ongoing support for your product's growth — new features, scaling fixes, and the maintenance that keeps it running well past year one.
